What’s your Service Level Agreement?

We offer 3 levels of service level agreements.

Level 1 is 24/7 support.

Level 2 is 12/5 support (6AM- 6PM EST, Monday - Friday)

Level 3 is 8/5 support (weekday business hours only)

On call emergency support is available.

Do you offer a discount?

Yes, we do offer a discount on our hourly rate when purchased in blocks of 100 hours. Any hours not used will carry over into the next year's contract.

How can you charge such a good rate?

We run a lean, low-overhead company. Most of our expenses are spent on taking care of our employees, which in turn they take care of our clients.
